Delivery Terms

At Pawfect Pet Treats, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and exactly as promised. This policy explains our delivery options, timescales, costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Delivery Charges
Orders £0 > £35 = £3.99
Orders £35 > £50 = £2.99
Orders £50 > over = FREE
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 2pm will be actioned the next working day.
Order place on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Options & Timescales
We currently deliver to addresses within UK - There may be some areas, that are classed as extended areas by Royal Mail and we may not be able to ship to you, but, if we have a problem we will email you as soon as we can to let you know.
We will be using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service to ship your order
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, weather, strikes).
4. Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. If you require you tracking number please do not hesitate to email and ask.
5. Delivery Attempts & Collection
If you are not home, Royal Mail will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions.
Orders not collected within Royal Mail’s holding period may be returned to us. Redelivery will incur an additional shipping charge, or refund will be actioned with a deduction of a delivery charge.
6. Risk & Responsibility
We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or a nominated recipient. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
7. Late or Failed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame please do not hesitate to contact us and we can investigate this and gain updates from Royal Mail.
8. European & International Deliveries
Shipping is based on Basket Weight - Approximate Shipping Fees will be shown at checkout. Please note that on occasion shipping fee's may vary - in this instance we will contact you the customer to discuss and quote an actual shipping fee, we reserve the right to refuse shipping/cancel if actual shipping fees differ greatly but we will of course discuss this with you the customer first. Shipping will be by Royal Mail Tracked and may take up to 7 Business Days.
